Gemma was lovely and attentive at breakfast. She brought me apple juice when I asked, then remembered and brought it automatically the next morning. I also asked for a hash brown, which was no problem. Adam took our breakfast order when we arrived and said we could change anything. We stayed two nights at the Gleneagles while visiting The Winter Gardens. The location is ideal for Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens and the beach, and Adam gave us an efficient welcome and explained everything. Room 3 wasn’t huge, but it was spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water and a decent bed. Some things in the room looked a little tired and the Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy, but we really couldn’t fault the stay. Thanks to Adam and Gemma for being such fantastic hosts.

Breakfast was served piping hot on a proper hot plate, and the products were excellent. I especially loved the sausages. Gemma was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve stayed at other hotels during the last three years of coming to the Pigeon Show at Winter Gardens, and this was the best one. We arrived Friday at 8:30 pm and Adam greeted us warmly. It was freezing outside on 16 January 2025, so the heat in the room was a relief. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had a modern TV and a drinks tray stocked with all the drinks you need. We slept really well, and the bathroom was clean with an easy-to-use shower and good water pressure. We had a lovely stay, and they deserve to know it.

Gemma and Adam are wonderfully welcoming and friendly, and nothing seems like too much trouble for them. The hotel is spotless, with really comfortable beds, and it stays peaceful and quiet despite being right in central Blackpool. Breakfast was delicious, ordered the day before and brought to the table piping hot. Such an enjoyable stay, thank you both. See you next year 😊
