We were able to leave the car in the parking for the full day after checking out at 10am, while we took the girls to the Pleasure Beach. Greg even offered us the hotel's facilities before heading home. With three daughters, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Greg and Claudia were brilliant, checking we had everything we needed and wanted. Claudia greeted us with refreshments and showed us the door fob, and Greg checked in that evening to see if we had settled and needed anything. My girls unknowingly entertained his family with their giggles. We got a text before arriving to say our rooms were ready four hours early and to let us know about a local event. Breakfast was stunning, with care taken to cater for everything, even my youngest's fussy eating, and plenty to set us up for the day. The rooms were absolutely stunning, and the staff were friendly and amazingly hospitable. They made us feel like they'd known us for years. Greg and Claudia go above and beyond. It's a 12/10 for us, and we'll definitely stay again.

The rooms were much more spacious and beautifully decorated than the current website photos show, and everything was spotless. The location was fantastic, too. Greg gave us a wonderful welcome and insisted on carrying our luggage up to the suite. Claudia brought refreshments and had bought halal food for us after I called before booking to ask about the hotel. That really shows the extra effort they make for guests. Breakfast was delicious, with such large portions that we were well and truly stuffed. It's perfect for families with young children. We are already planning our next Blackpool trip and won't stay anywhere else. Thank you again, Greg and Claudia, from Reem (the hologram), Nav and the kids.

Claudia and Greg were lovely hosts and made my family and me feel so welcome. They really go above and beyond to make you happy. We absolutely loved our stay here, and it's the best place to stay in Blackpool if you need to.

The breakfast was to die for, and there was lots of it. Greg also gave us helpful tips on where to eat. Before we even arrived, he called to say he'd got a beer and coffee ready for us. He's very particular about getting the coffee timing just right! It was all those little touches, and the fact nothing was too much trouble, that made the stay perfect. I've never felt so exceptionally well looked after. Couldn't recommend it more.

The room was very well equipped with everything you could possibly want. Greg was attentive, and the drinks and Danish on arrival were a lovely touch, as were the cheese and biscuits for a late-night snack. Breakfast was excellent quality. We'll definitely return.
