Hampton by Hilton Blackpool

The breakfast and waffles were included, and the service started early. Hampton coffee still isn't good, though. We also had a sea view and a peaceful room in a clean, very new building, with helpful, friendly staff. The carpet and a few parts of the bed were a little dirty, which seemed understandable with families and children on holiday. There wasn't a mini fridge in the room either. The location was the highlight. It's an easy walk to the nearest tram stop, and the illuminated globe nearby is worth seeing at night. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and in the city, with its lovely people, lively nightlife, and surprising street lighting.

I use this hotel when I'm in Blackpool for business. The rooms are clean and in good condition, and since the place is fairly new it still feels fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'd have given service full marks, but the app's online check-in and digital key features have stopped working. I often arrive late and leave early, so those options would make my stays easier.

The lounge was a nice place to unwind, with calming music, and the free breakfast was fantastic. I spent two nights here for my birthday and was very happy with the facilities, service, and hospitality. Staff were quick to respond whenever guests needed something. I even thought about staying two extra nights. A warm smile from the team would make the welcome feel even better. It's a small thing, but it can make a difference.

For a work trip, the Wi-Fi and desk space were good enough to get some work done, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The room was clean, modern, and more comfortable than I expected after a busy day. The location was convenient for getting around without being noisy. A dependable place for business, and I'd book it again.
