The one good thing was the location, right by the main train station. Otherwise, this place was old, smelled bad, and wasn't well maintained. In our double room, one bed had no bedding, and it took more than two hours for someone to bring it. When we left the next day, nobody was at reception to hand the keys to. It was a complete mess. No wonder this was the only place left at such short notice. Never again!

We didn't stay here, so I can't say anything about the rooms. The location is handy, right by the train station. We had booked luggage storage through Radical, which said this hotel could hold our bags. When we arrived with the confirmation, Rai explained that the hotel doesn't store luggage, especially not for Radical. He kindly let us leave the bags there for the day anyway, which was great of him. Thanks, Rai, for helping people who weren't guests.

The room was so awful I wouldn't let a pig stay in it.

It felt like a cheap bedsit without the kitchen, which is pretty typical for Blackpool. The place seemed decorated in the 70s and untouched since. Paint and wallpaper were coming off, and the kettle didn't work. I was glad I only had to spend a few hours there.

The staff are lovely, and the cat is beautiful. The rooms are great, with everything you need and really comfortable beds. I'd happily stay here again next time I visit.
