Good value for money, with buses and trams ideally close by. The owners are lovely, the food was excellent, and the hotel was spotless. A 10/10 from me. If you give it a try, you'll definitely go again. One of the best in blackpool.

We absolutely loved staying there. Billy and his partner were a lovely couple and gave great service. Breakfast was fab too. Definitely stay there again. Lyndsey, Jenny and the kids.

We've stayed with Billy for three years now and I've booked our fourth. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and breakfast is good and sets you up for the day. You're two minutes from pleasure beach and the biggest spoons I've ever seen. It's far enough from central for a good night's sleep. Can't wait to go back next year.

The hotel next door that I'd booked months ahead was closed when I arrived, so I went into The Withnell hotel to ask if they had any rooms. Billy and his wife were incredibly accommodating. Their place is spotless, with a nice bar area and resident cat poppy. Breakfast was really nice too, and I'd definitely stay there again.

I stayed for three nights with my son in August 2024. The staff were very friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning. For the price, it was more than reasonable.
