Premier Inn Blackpool - Bispham

Our room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay. The restaurant, red Lion Beefeater, was handy for both dinner and breakfast. The staff there, as well as the hotel team, were friendly and keen to help. All good.

The breakfast was amazing, and my son loved it. We booked it for the following day too. There was a full cooked English breakfast with black pud, plus toast, croissants, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juices, tea and coffee. We stayed at new year, just me and my son, on the top floor. It was quite quiet for that time of year. We had the meal deal with the beef eater, which covered my evening meal and drink, plus unlimited breakfast for both of us, for £28. I paid for my son's dinner separately, so we got dinner and breakfast for around £45.

I spent roughly 7 nights here over the last two weeks for work. The rooms were clean, well maintained and good quality for the price. Staff at the hotel and at the Beefeater next door were friendly. I’d definitely recommend this Premier Inn branch.

The connected restaurant had been without power for 4 days before I arrived, so there was no breakfast even though it was included in my stay. I wasn’t given a refund, and Premier Inn didn’t warn me in advance so I could make other arrangements. I didn’t get what I paid for, and they didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know. Premier Inn is acting more like a Second division Inn. Not a good stay.
