We were left stranded for three hours because the host never showed up. Booking .com stepped in, and we had no choice but to take a refund. This was meant as a birthday treat after losing our son, and we were booked in for a show. Instead, we felt anxious and very upset, and had to knock on bed and breakfasts to see if anyone had a room. Two other couples arrived too, got no response, and also had to find somewhere else. The area was dreadful, with drug dealings and dog poo everywhere, and it's a good walk to the centre. The worst experience we've ever had. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

The owner replied quickly to all the messages I sent. I had a great stay at this AirBnB, and the apartment was clean and tidy.
