The owner billy was lovely and polite, and the friendly atmosphere made the stay even better. It never felt like anything was too much trouble. Hotel Neon was spotless from the moment we arrived, and you could tell they take real care to keep the place welcoming and clean. The rooms were stunning, modern, comfortable and finished to a high standard. It's rare to find that kind of service alongside such well-kept rooms. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Blackpool who wants a comfortable, stylish and welcoming place to stay.

We spent two nights here and would happily keep coming back. Billy was SO kind and looked after us really well. Even during our short stay, the room was cleaned and the biscuits topped up 😋😋 The promenade is only about a three-minute walk away, and we watched the sunset there both evenings. After that it was lovely to get back into the comfiest bed ever and put a film on. There’s a bar open until 11pm with some nice drinks, but we barely heard anything from our room. We felt safe, had an amazing time, and will definitely stay here again when we visit Blackpool. It’s also an easy little walk along the promenade to the centre. Couldn’t recommend it enough. The bar gets busy, but it stays calm rather than rowdy, and everything’s quiet by 11pm. The owner is super friendly and the customer service is great, with the team going out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. This was easily the best place I’ve stayed in Blackpool by a very long way. Had a great time and can’t wait to come back.

Really good little hotel. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, with nice extras like chocolates, biscuits and snack bars, plus bottles of water by the bed. The host was lovely too. Definitely recommend staying here. xxx
