Breakfast was delicious and had plenty to choose from. Our room was very small, but we didn't mind given what we paid, it was great value and we'd happily return. The couple who own this B&B made us feel welcome, and the location just behind the pleasure beach was excellent. There's also a fish and chip shop on the same road that sells the best fish and chips in Blackpool.

We really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and breakfast was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to come back sometime this year.

Our kids felt at home too, and the hotel was warm and clean. The owners were lovely and made all of us feel welcome. Breakfast was spot on. Thank you both, we'll most definitely be back.
