Lee and Laura were so nice when we stayed over a long weekend in May. The beds were super comfy and the breakfasts superb.

We had a lovely one-night stay during half term. The room was clean and nice, and the hotel was in a great location. The car park was just down the road. The owner was friendly, lovely and very helpful.

A fantastic guest house with attentive hosts who give you space and don’t crowd you. Breakfast was great, and the bar was well stocked with reasonable prices. My favourite place to stay in Blackpool.

Lee and Laura were absolutely lovely and put real thought and care into making sure we had what we needed while respecting our boundaries. The prices, location and breakfast were all amazing, especially that fried egg and butter. I stayed two nights with family who’d been before, and this is probably one of the only places in Blackpool I’d book again. Thanks for making my little anxiety-riddled self feel so at home ❤️

Lee and Laura were brilliant hosts, always ready to help, and happy to sit outside for a drink from the bar and a chat. The guest house was spotless, in a great location, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. Our 20-month-old granddaughter can take a while to settle, but she loved it as soon as we arrived, and Lee and Laura were wonderful with her. We’d recommend it and will definitely be back.
