The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was a good vegetarian option at a very reasonable price. I stayed just one night and slept really comfortably. It's centrally placed for getting to Blackpool's attractions. Highly recommend.

Free parking first caught our attention for the May Bank Holiday weekend, but the warm welcome from Chris and Anna made the stay. They made us feel as if we'd known them for years. The hotel and room were finished with real care and to a high standard. Our bathroom was one of the biggest we've had in Blackpool, tastefully done and ultra clean. A lovely gem, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend it. We'll definitely visit again.

This was our second stay, and we'll book again next year. We got a lovely warm welcome, and the refurbished room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and my husband, who's coeliac, could have the Full English.

We were just a few minutes' walk from the beachfront, with the rest of Blackpool's sights and activities close by too. Free allocated parking for guests was another big plus. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional, and the B&B was clean and well cared for. It's a classic, well run place, with a great room size and breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we're in Blackpool. Highly recommended!
