The location made getting around so easy, with the seafront just nearby and the Sandcastle, Pleasure Beach and trams only a minute or two away on foot. We had a lovely family stay. The owners were so welcoming, and the rooms were clean, a good size and had an en-suite shower room, tea and coffee facilities and a TV with plenty of channels. Breakfast each morning had lots to choose from, including cereal, a full English, toast, tea, coffee and fresh juice. We’d happily come back and recommend it to families.

Breakfast was brilliant, and they were happy to help with anything. The owners were relaxed and friendly, and the place was clean and nicely presented. It’s handy for the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Parking outside is free, though finding a spot can be a little tricky. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

We had such a good weekend at the Lindene Hotel and will definitely be back. Neil & Joanne made us feel very welcome, the rooms were lovely and clean, and breakfast was lovely too. It’s in a great location. Highly recommend. Donald, Joyce, Debbie & Lewis.

The breakfasts were brilliant, and the owner was excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy. You’re a minute’s walk from the tram stop and close to the Pleasure Beach, restaurants, water park and piers. We had an amazing stay, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you!
