Check-in was hassle free, the place was cozy, clean and tidy, and the owner responded when needed. Doing laundry was easy, and the appliances were okay and fairly clean. The area felt rough, though. The bins in the flat and outside smelled bad, and we could hear noise from other tenants. There were also mold patches in the bathroom and on the ceiling, with paint starting to fall onto the floor.

We never got to stay because no check-in code arrived. We waited outside in the freezing cold for over an hour and a half, trying to reach the property. We kept being told they’d contact the actual owners, but they couldn’t get through. Booking.com eventually refunded us and cancelled the apartment. They’d given the property 30 minutes to send the code or issue a refund, but nothing came through. We had to find another hotel, which turned out to be the better option anyway.

Being in this country for the first time had me feeling nervous, but Joseph and Emine welcomed me warmly and supported me throughout. Their hospitality made this an amazing stay, and the apartment felt like home. I’ll always remember the good time I had here. Thanks again for all your help. If I could, I’d give you 10 stars.

We spent the bank holiday weekend here with my partner. The room was spacious and clean, and the host kept checking in to see if everything was okay. I’d recommend lunar stays.

I’ve been staying here since March while working in the area, and Joseph has been great. It’s well placed for walking to the promenade and town centre. I’d certainly recommend it to anyone coming to Blackpool, and will book again.
