The location was great, on a quiet road close enough to walk to the central pier but away from the noise. Mark was a great host, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was excellent and it was good value for money. We’ll definitely book again.

Mark runs the B&B by himself and works incredibly hard. It had only been open for two months when we stayed, yet he was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The whole visit was a lovely experience, and we’ll definitely come back. My partner and I stayed two nights with breakfast. The room was spotless, nicely decorated and well presented, with a comfortable double bed and a view of the beach from the window. It’s on a quiet street just off the main promenade, with a bus and tram stop almost across the road. Check-in was quick, and the cooked breakfast came promptly and was very good. The other guests were friendly and respectful. I’d recommend it for a pleasant part of Blackpool that’s still handy for the attractions, local amenities and all the fun of the fair. The owners were lovely and really helpful. It’s a comfortable, friendly hotel, with nice rooms and en suite bathrooms. Drinks are reasonably priced, and the cooked breakfast was included and really nice too. I’d highly recommend it to anyone heading to Blackpool. We were there with our three children for Nickelodeon slimfest. We’d booked another hotel online, but changed our minds when we arrived and went looking elsewhere. We called here on the off chance, and luckily someone who’d booked several rooms on a coach trip hadn’t turned up, so a room was free.

A lovely breakfast and really nice rooms for the price. Mark is a great host, and it’s close to the centre on a quiet street. Would recommend.
