The location worked perfectly, with Chinese, pizza and curry takeaways just around the corner, Coral Island less than two minutes away, and Blackpool Tower under five minutes away. I've stayed in lots of self-catering apartments, and this was easily the friendliest and cleanest. I couldn't fault it. Lesley kept me clearly updated from the start about parking and late check-in, welcomed us when we arrived, and was around whenever we needed anything. She's very down to earth. The rooms were spotless, with fresh bath and hand towels for everyone, and chocolates for each of us were a lovely personal touch. The kitchen was properly equipped, unlike some places I've stayed: microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, tumblers, cutlery and a good range of pots and pans. There was milk and bottled water in the fridge, and plenty of coffee, tea bags and sugar. My family and I will definitely return to seaside suites, and I'll recommend it to everyone I speak to. Thanks to Lesley and Steve for a most enjoyable four-day stay at your home. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. May, Phil and the four boys xx

We had a spotless apartment during our stay in June 2021, with the beds made up and towels, milk, coffee, tea, sugar and water provided. Lesley was so helpful. The location was ideal, around a 7-minute walk to Central Pier. There are two parking spaces, plus a pay-and-display car park right behind. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Our first little family holiday with our daughter went really well. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the hosts were friendly and polite. Fresh milk, water, biscuits, tea and coffee were nice touches in the room. It's ideally located near Coral Island and the Tower. I'd definitely recommend it and am already telling people about it. Thanks for a great weekend stay! X

Lovely apartment. They called to ask if we needed a carry cot, had it set up for us, and let us check in early. That was great since we were in Blackpool by about 9 in the morning. Would highly recommend.

We arrived on Friday evening to a beautifully clean, tidy apartment. It was spacious and nicely decorated, with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and everything else you could need for a short stay. Fresh bedding and clean hand and bath towels were laid out for all five of us. It was a pleasure staying here with my son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. Excellent accommodation, thank you so much 👏
