The Chatwal Hotel

The penthouse suite was great, especially the huge tub. Breakfast was nice too, with toast, cereal and fresh baked goods, and the staff were lovely. We had a really good chat with them. The walk to the North Pier is a bit far, so I'd suggest bringing a car, though I have to admit the walk was quite nice. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

The room was really nice, and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion would be better pillows, since these were very lumpy. Parking was very tight along the side, so it's easy to scratch your car if you're not careful. Everything else was perfect.

The spa was a highlight for us. After sightseeing, the sauna and hot tub were just right for relaxing. We also found the location ideal, a short walk from Blackpool's main attractions and the beach. We spent five unforgettable days at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel, and the service was top-notch from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Victoria and Clinton, who went out of their way to make us feel at home with their warmth and attention to detail. It would suit a romantic break or a family holiday. Highly recommend it for the comfort, service and location, and we'll be back.
