The Corona

There’s a bar, pool table and garden guests can use, and the hotel is kept in good shape throughout. Our room was very clean and the welcome tray had a nice range of things. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning with plenty of options. The owner was friendly and happy to chat and share useful information. It’s good value, in a quieter part of the south coast, with the tram a few minutes away and Pleasure Beach about a five-minute walk.

Breakfast was lovely, and the bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is immaculate, with spotless rooms decorated to a high standard. Paul and Richard clearly take pride in looking after people and made us feel very welcome. This was our second visit, and we wouldn't choose anywhere else in Blackpool. We're already looking forward to bringing more of the family.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the hotel feels spotless, homely and beautifully decorated. Paul and Richard are genuine, professional gentlemen who are always looking for ways to make things better, and nothing seems too much trouble. Richard is a highly skilled, inventive chef, while Paul runs the front of house. The young staff serving meals were amazing too, clearly trained well by the owners. This is easily the best place we've stayed in Blackpool, and I often recommend the Corona Hotel to people visiting. We'll definitely be back. Thanks, guys.

After nearly 20 years away from Blackpool, I wasn't sure what to expect. This was better than any hotel I've stayed in, including many well-known brands. The room and the rest of the hotel were amazingly clean, and the food and service were top notch. Paul and Richard made us feel so welcome that I arrived as a guest and left feeling like a friend. They made the family weekend all the more enjoyable, and any future Blackpool visit will mean staying at the Corona. I highly recommend it.
