Breakfast was lovely, especially the fried bread, and nothing was too much trouble. If we needed anything, we only had to ask. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Thank you, Lynda and Petra, for a lovely stay. Two lovely ladies greeted us. Because of our mobility issues, they showed us to a first-floor family room. It was a good size, with a washbasin and shower room. The toilet was on the half-landing on the way up from the ground floor.

I was disappointed by how the owners handled my concerns. I tried to tell them about the problems, but they said everything was fine and basically called me a liar. Previous recommendations were why I'd booked, so be aware it isn't perfect. The dogs in the next room were yappy through both day and night. The separate shower only ran cold, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Breakfast was quite nice, but it wasn't served until 9, so I missed it on two of my four mornings.

We spent one night here over Easter with the family. The family room was warm and cosy, with a double bed, bunk beds, shower room, tea and coffee making facilities and fresh towels. The whole B&B was warm, lovely and very clean. Breakfast was hot and tasty, and the two ladies who own the place were friendly, welcoming and attentive. It's around a 15-minute walk to the tower, along a lovely seafront route. Thank you, Lynda and Petra, for a pleasant stay. We'll be sure to stay with you again next time we're in Blackpool. ❤️

Lynda and Petra are fantastic hosts, always ready to help. The large family room was warm and the beds were comfortable. That mattered when it rained hard in early October and the nights were getting cold. We wanted somewhere comfortable for a family trip to see the Blackpool lights, and I'm really glad we booked here. Some reviews mention that the toilets aren't in the rooms, but the website makes that clear when booking. It's also about a 20-minute walk to the tower. If you want a quiet place that feels like home, with the owners on hand, this is a good fit.
