Now an Air BnB, with fast food and small supermarkets nearby and the tram stop just a four-minute walk away. There are several bedrooms, mostly with double or multiple single beds, a few en suites, a comfy living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host communicated well, and I'd stay again. They charged us for towels. Quite a few of the room showers need repairs and updating, as many only had cold water or were damaged.

An old-fashioned Blackpool B&B, in a lovely way. We got a friendly welcome, a decent-sized, well-equipped room, and on-street parking. Breakfast was good apart from the cheap sausages. Good value, and I'd use it again. Thank you.

Bev and Boyd are such friendly, welcoming people, always ready to help. They made tea or coffee for us as soon as we arrived, then showed us to our room. The rooms were clean and WiFi was available if needed. A great breakfast was included in the price too. We'll definitely stay again.

The food was amazing, and the hospitality from Bev and Boyd was out of this world. Bev, the mother hen, and Boyd, with his fabulous food, couldn't do enough for us. We truly feel we've found friends in them, and we'll definitely see you again. Lots of love, Wayne and Carol from Hull XXX. After travelling down from Hull, we were offered hot drinks as soon as we reached the highbury hotel in blackpool. The room and hotel were immaculate, and our cosy room felt like home, with everything we needed. The location was quiet despite being only minutes from all the attractions. If you want a real home-from-home stay, this is the place.
