I took my 13-year-old son to Blackpool for a birthday weekend at the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastles. The hotel was an unexpected bonus, just 500 yards from each. The couple running it were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic. I won't stay anywhere else in Blackpool again.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, with free parking and a great location. John and Jane were such friendly, cheerful hosts, and we had a relaxed stay with a lovely breakfast. We'll definitely return. Thanks again, Jayne and Allen x

This was our first visit, and it won't be the last. We had to change our booking just days before arriving, and Jane and John sorted it all out for us. They're first-class hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks from the Pod family xxx

Jane and John really go above and beyond, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They're welcoming and funny, and the hotel is family friendly, close to the Pleasure Beach and trams. Another fantastic stay at the Langroyd Hotel. Highly recommended.

I stayed with my two children a few years ago and never got round to writing this. We had a lovely room, and breakfast was always freshly cooked and good. On our last night I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and had to wake the owners for help. They were both amazing and didn't complain, even though they had to get up early to cook breakfast for the other guests. I'd definitely come back if I visit Blackpool again.
