We’ve stayed twice now, and each time the owner has been welcoming and friendly. The beds are super comfy, the rooms are exceptionally clean and modern, and everything we needed was there. It’s very family friendly and caters well for that. We really enjoyed the full English breakfast, and the service was fantastic. The hosts and hotel are spot on. We couldn’t fault it and are looking forward to future stays.

My family loved our couple of nights here in October 2025. The room was a generous size and well kept, and the owner, who manages the place, was very accommodating. Breakfast was freshly cooked, and there’s a bar too. It’s not the usual Holiday Inn, which is all the better.

Right by Blackpool Pier, this is one of the many B&Bs along the road, but it sets a high standard for Blackpool. The rooms are spacious and the service was fantastic. We didn’t get the chance to try the food, though the bar where it’s served wasn’t very busy. The atmosphere was calm and the stay pleasant.

Before we arrived, management called to say we could check in early at 1:30 and arranged parking for a great price. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely big bed. The bathroom was spotless too, with a bath and separate shower, and there were plenty of towels plus more than enough tea, coffee, and drinks in the room. Great friendly management. I’d definitely recommend it and will certainly go back.

The whole of Bank St looks a little tired, so I was pleasantly surprised when I went in and saw my room. It was lovely, clean, and well equipped. Talking to the landlady made it clear there was more to the experience than just the room. Plenty of pricier hotels could learn from it. Champagne experience for lemonade money. First class.
