We'd definitely stay again next time we're in Blackpool. Town centre is about a 15 minute walk, with tram stops within five minutes. Parking was easy and it was great value. The en suite room was nice, the beds comfy and the host friendly. And Pats breakfast was easily the best we've ever had on holiday. We just got back from a week's stay.

Breakfast was lovely, and the B&B was pleasant enough. But the beds were much too hard for me, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke throughout. Fine for one night only.

The breakfast was delicious, and the B&B was friendly and clean. I had a room with one double and one single bed. It felt a little cramped, but the beds were comfy and clean.

There's a clean, tidy bedroom and an excellent breakfast at this guesthouse. It's on a quiet road close to the seafront, and the landlady was friendly and helpful. Good value for money, recommended.

I was there with my mum for a concert during Pride week, when Blackpool was full because Jane McDonald was on. I'd booked through Expedia, but on arrival the lady introduced herself, I gave my name, and she said we hadn't paid. I explained the money had left my bank and should have reached her account, but she wouldn't accept that. Neither Expedia nor the bank could get through to her, so we had to pay cash. The owner spoiled our weekend. I wanted to leave, but with my elderly mum that wasn't possible. If you stay there, don't use a bank card, just cash.
