The breakfast was beautiful, and the location worked well, with only a short walk to the tram. Roy and Tina were fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome. Our room was spacious and had what we needed. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, from one of the Olly Murs fans.

We had a lovely stay, with welcoming hosts, clean rooms and a nice breakfast. I wasn't keen on having to preorder breakfast the day before, or being unable to choose how many of an item we wanted, like two eggs. The mattress felt very springy, and we struggled to sleep, so we asked for extra blankets to put over it. Please consider changing it to foam. The shower water comes from tanks, so if you stay in too long, the next person may have to wait for hot water.

We've stayed in Blackpool quite a bit, and this is the best B&B I've tried here. The family running it are very friendly, the place is clean, and the cooked breakfast is really good. Thanks for having us, Roy and Tina. We'll definitely stay again.

The decor in the hotel and rooms is dated, but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The couple who own and run it were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared: a full English, toast, cereal, tea, coffee and orange juice. My daughter and I both enjoyed it and stayed full for quite a while. If you want modern luxury, this isn't the place. For comfort, warm hospitality and good food, you'll be happy here.
