Twelve Holiday Apartments

Maria was so friendly, and the communication from the hosts was first class. The apartment was spotless, really well maintained, and finished to a very high standard. It had everything we could have wanted. We’ll check whether Maria has a vacancy next time we’re in Blackpool. Best wishes from Jan and Babz x

Twelve was recommended by a colleague for my two weeks of work in Blackpool, and it’s easily the best self-catering apartment I’ve stayed in while working away. Maria and Peter are lovely people and brilliant hosts. The place feels like home, with tasteful decor and a very comfortable feel. It was immaculate too, the first place where I didn’t feel I needed to go over everything with disinfectant wipes.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the apartment was on our first visit. The bedding and towels were good quality, and there were thoughtful extras like a chocolate biscuit, sweets, orange juice, milk, tea, coffee and washing-up liquid. It was very clean. The only downside was a complaint from the people downstairs about noise from our 3- and 5-year-old grandchildren, even though we’d put up with noise from the children above us. It didn’t spoil our few days in Blackpool, and we’ll be back.

We rented three apartments for a family stay, and all of them were clean and modern. The seafront is only a five-minute walk away. Paul greeted us when we arrived and was really helpful. He even bought toiletries for each room and a bottle of wine for the main room where my parents were staying. My family and I would definitely come back.
