The ensuite looked modern and recently redone, and the bedroom itself had lovely decor. My partner and I were really impressed with the room, especially considering the time and money the owners have clearly put into it. We'd happily come back and recommend it to others 🥰❤️

Blyth Town and the harbour are right nearby, so getting around was easy. We stayed for Sunday lunch and really enjoyed it, and Buddy even got a sausage each morning at breakfast. The pub has a lovely, welcoming feel, and everything felt homely. Our room was clean, and the shared bathroom was spotless. Its separate entrance was handy for coming back late. We were visiting family for the weekend with our St Bernard, and Debs made the whole stay so nice. I'd definitely return!

The pub had a pleasant atmosphere, and they provided a safe spot for our bicycles. I could also get a hair dryer on request. The room was clean, though a little worn and not what I'd call luxurious despite being labelled “DeLuxe.” As for the “Seaview,” you could only glimpse the sea by standing on tiptoes and looking through the edge of the window.

The room was more than adequate, and breakfast was excellent on both mornings of my two-night stay. I'd stayed here before and enjoyed this visit just as much. The bar was getting a literal facelift on the day I arrived, so I couldn't use that area then. By breakfast the next morning, though, business was back to normal. Had a lovely couple of days.
