We’d happily stay again, and it seemed exceptional value compared with other local B&Bs. Ron and Linda made us feel welcome at Owletts Barn. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the large shower had great pressure. They left milk daily in a cool bag, and we enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden with a cuppa. Breakfast was excellent, with a full cooked English breakfast made from quality produce, plus fresh fruit, homemade jams, and cereals. The only niggle was hearing nearly every movement from the guests upstairs on our first night. It may be down to the age of the building, and I think those guests were especially noisy. If we return, I’d try to book the upstairs room, which has a lovely looking new balcony. Thank you, Ron and Linda!

A beautifully presented B&B, and the best one we’ve stayed in so far. The host really cares, the place was immaculately clean, and the bathroom was modern. Lovely breakfast too. Well done, guys.

The hosts were wonderful and happy to help with anything. The rooms were large and very clean, with a lovely view across a field and a gorgeous garden. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a catalogue! And the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, especially that incredibly soft bacon. Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable, wonderful stay, and everything lived up to what we expected. Ron and Julie are very friendly hosts. The accommodation was peaceful and exceptionally clean, with excellent facilities and use of a beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent too, prepared with quality local produce. Many fantastic places are within easy reach for a day out. Thank you both.

The garden is lovely and inviting, and breakfast was fantastic, with nothing left to wish for. Ron and Julie run a great B&B, with comfortable beds and rooms that are very well equipped.
