The Coast House B&B

Donna made me feel at home straight away, showing me where things were and encouraging me to enjoy the garden, spa, and lounge. I was travelling on my own and felt very safe. The room was lovely, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the full cooked breakfast was just right. Such a comfortable stay, thank you.

For my 60th birthday, my daughters treated me to a day at The Coast House. We had our own picnic lunch in the beautiful gardens, and also spent time relaxing in the hot tub and hydro pool. Everything was pristine and beautifully decorated. Donna, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs to unwind.

The gardens have lovely views from our spacious room, and the house and grounds are beautiful. Donna was such a friendly, welcoming host. We also found the hydro pool and hot tub really relaxing, and the beach is only a few minutes away. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was piping hot and outstanding, served with a smile. We even had Victoria plums picked from the garden with it. Donna had called ahead to check when we’d arrive, then greeted us warmly and showed us around the tastefully furnished B&B. After that we could settle in ourselves. There’s plenty of tea and coffee in the comfortable lounge, and lovely gardens where you can sit and relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The hydro pool was fun, though swimming against the current felt strange. There’s off-road parking, and the promenade is less than a five-minute walk away. Highly recommend.
