Tramways Hotel

Tramways took me in when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. The people there made me feel safe and comfortable, and I won't forget the lift this place gave me. The family running it treated me with real kindness and respect. Sonia, nikki, Mike, Jeremy and shak, thank you. You're amazing, kind people, and the world needs more people like you. My appreciation can't be measured, and I'll always have good things to say about you. I hope nothing but the best for you all. The place is clean beyond words. You can smell the disinfectant and cleaning products each morning, which I found very pleasant, and the cleaners work hard most days under close management supervision. The rooms are comfortable and warm, with everything you'd need. Complaints are handled quickly and respectfully. The cleaning and washing facilities run on time, and your things are treated with respect. You can cook in the immaculate kitchen until 11pm, which is fair. I'd choose Tramways over hilton any day because the people are so good. Thank you for being there and treating me so kindly. What you do makes more of a difference than you know. After a very hard time in my life, I became homeless and had never been in that situation before. I've been staying at tramways hotel for a few weeks now. They showed me around when I arrived, and the room was a fair size for me and my son. It was clean and comfortable. The team have been incredible and made me feel human again. I'll always appreciate what they've done. Thank you so much, tramways hotel team.

I've been here for three months, and the staff have been warm, friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to help, and some speak languages besides English. The place is near a supermarket and an ethnic grocery store, with a bus stop to town across the road. Staff also offer further help and support where they can. It's a shared hostel, so don't arrive expecting your own bathroom and kitchen. With the housing crisis today, having a roof and a bed is a real blessing. Thank you to everyone at Tramways for being so supportive and kind during my stay. 💓

This was bad. The TV never worked properly, and we had to wait to use the toilet and shower. We ended up getting takeaway all the time because there wasn't time for the kitchen, and the beds were too small. Why was the sink in the room? The service was nice, but the rooms deserve one star.
