They sent me a letter asking for a £100 penalty because I parked on the public pathway to the right of the building, not in front of it. Fine, see you in court :) These people are proper scammers.

Contractors, I'd avoid doing work for this company. I carried out a large asbestos survey, then chased them repeatedly for payment and got no reply. I recovered part of what I was owed by starting a Small Claims Court money claim. If you're having trouble getting paid too, look into Money Claim Online, the government site. All the best, but I'd say don't take on work for them in the first place.

I haven't lived in this building myself, but previous tenants have told me it was bad. They say red ants infest the flats. Apparently the landlord knows about this environmental health issue but seems uninterested, as though these conditions are acceptable. Ants crawling around and getting into a tenant's bedroom while they're sleeping sounds absolutely appalling.

I lived there for a few years, and it was awful. The Wi-Fi was always going out, and sometimes there was no hot water. Getting things fixed, like the toilet, could take forever. They were just cruel.
