We stayed in the Linnet for two nights and had two of our best nights’ sleep. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and despite being right on the main street, the apartment was unbelievably quiet. The view across the main street of Morton in Marsh was lovely, and you can’t get more central. The shop is truly amazing, with lovely wooden furniture. It’s a fabulous place, and we can’t wait to return and stay in the same apartment. The property and shop both deserve five stars. This is what an idyllic Cotswolds stay should feel like.

The store is beautiful, and several pieces caught my eye right away. You can see the care in its look and the product selection. Still, I left my first visit to Cotswold Grey feeling very disappointed. The staff made the experience uncomfortable from the moment I came in. They seemed dismissive and sometimes outright rude, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. It’s a shame, since the store has a lot of potential, but service matters as much as the products. After this visit, I don’t feel like going back.

The shop has rustic charm throughout, with a great range of home and garden things for spaces of any size. We bought a dining set for eight, and the quality is outstanding. The team is very friendly, and there’s always a warm welcome. 😁

We had a great stay in the Siskin apartment. The rooms are huge and everything was clean and tidy. The hosts were great, and there was a small welcome basket when we arrived.

Really good shop and service. We bought a desk, a mirror and two three-seater sofas, and they ended up being stored for a long time. Natalie was so helpful throughout. Everything was delivered today, and Mark and Spike were great: careful, patient, helpful with advice, and happy to move things around. Thanks so much for helping with our order, we really appreciate it.
