The beds were so uncomfortable that I came home with a sore back, and the mattresses all need replacing. The sofa bed had springs poking through it, so my mate slept on the sofa downstairs for all three nights. There was a leak from the bathroom vanity unit, and both the extraction fan and the window handle were broken. The place smelled damp and needed a proper clean. Outside, the ashtray was crammed with old cigarette butts that stank and needed emptying. The neighborhood had lots of empty houses and looked like a fly-tipping area. Even our taxi driver laughed when he dropped us off and said we were mad to stay there. It was match weekend, so finding somewhere else was nearly impossible and very expensive. After three nights, I'm definitely not booking this place again. Truly awful.

Health warning: what a sham. We booked for Grand National weekend, then were told just 48 hours before arrival that we couldn't stay because of a broken boiler. Two weeks later, there was still no refund, despite our friend who made the booking making repeated attempts to get the full amount back. It feels like they're illegally keeping the money. Stay away from this property.

The place was dirty and in poor repair. There were carpet stains, mould in the main bedroom, rubbish bags in the courtyard, and an overflowing bin of cigarette butts. The sofa felt sticky and filthy, so we had to find other accommodation.

Avoid this place at all costs. The living room window was covered in ants when I arrived, even though apparently someone had cleaned before my stay. The bed was really uncomfortable, with every spring noticeable, and there was rubbish left outside. So bad!

This is residential only and shouldn't be sublet or rented out for short stays. I gave it one star just so I could post. There's no consideration for the people living on the street. Don't book.
