I enjoyed both visits so much that I booked again. Steven was my contact before booking and went above and beyond throughout both stays. The staff, service and facilities were exceptional. It's a modern, well-kept, accessible hotel, with local shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are very clean and finished to a high standard, better than the competition. There's DAB TV and a good shower, which matters on a hotel stay, and I had no noise disturbance inside or outside. I'd happily book again when I'm in the area.

Lim gave us a brilliant, hospitable welcome and arranged a late checkout, which was really helpful. Resul made us a delicious spicy chicken pizza too. We had a lovely stay with my partner: the room was fantastic, very clean and had everything we needed, and parking was very affordable. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay at Ibis again.

I've stayed at Ibis several times and the service is good, with helpful staff and everything you need. The hotel and room were very clean, and the bathroom spotless. Towels were large and fresh, the bedding was new and fresh, and there was a good amount of tea, coffee and milk. Very well done.

The location worked perfectly for me, not far from the A1(M), with a supermarket, convenience store and restaurants only a few minutes' walk away. Check-in was quick and straightforward. I got the room at the end of the corridor that I'd asked for. Stevan at reception was professional, friendly, welcoming and efficient, always with a smile and a can-do attitude. I'll most definitely come back soon. Particular thanks to Stevan.

I come back regularly because Tarun and Stevan always greet me so warmly. They're caring, welcoming and accommodating, and really make you feel like family. They remember your preferences and notice the little details, which makes the stay feel personal. The bedrooms have a cozy, old-school hotel feel and are comfortable and fit for purpose, so I can relax properly. I also like spending time in the lounge and restaurant: it's inviting, with comfortable seating, a nice atmosphere and a fairly priced menu. A big thank you to the whole team for making every visit feel so warm.
