It was nice and clean, but a little small. Most of the single rooms had shared showers. I tried to get an upgrade, and management wouldn’t accommodate me even though some rooms were unoccupied.

The stairs were too steep, and there was door banging at 3am along with noise from the racetrack. I had to be moved to Baxter house to get some peace and quiet, only to have my food stolen there.
