Bournemouth Sands Hotel

The evening entertainment included bingo, a quiz, and something different each night, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I wasn't sure whether the four-night Turkey & Tinsel event at Bournemouth sands hotel would be my kind of thing, even though friends had gone before, but I had a fabulous time. Ben, the chef, made a delicious dish of the day, and the breakfast and dinner menus had plenty of good choices. Our room was adequate and was cleaned regularly. I'd definitely book again.

The entertainment was really good, and everyone on the bar staff was friendly. We’d never stayed at bournemouthsands hotel before. Our room was a decent size, with comfortable, clean beds and a good-sized bathroom, though we couldn’t get the shower temperature right. The food was very nice and there was a good choice. I wasn’t convinced the deputy manager knew what he was doing: whenever we asked him something, he told us to ask the manager.

I was on a four-night Daish coach trip. There was a room problem, and Ben, the chef, upgraded me when no other staff were around. Jaime, the restaurant manager, was very helpful too. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

The lovely staff made my five-day stay amazing. Thanks to all of them, and well done Daish's. I’ll be back.
