Diamond Accommodation was a comfortable, spacious and very clean place to stay. Kinga was a helpful, accommodating host. The location worked well for a short break or for work in Southampton, with most places easy to reach on foot, including West Quay Mall and the main shopping centre.

The apartment is close to the beach, which makes it easy to head out for a lovely walk. Inside, the elegant, modern decor and all the little details make it clear how much care has gone into the place. Mrs. Kinga and Mr. Wojciech have created a lovely place to stay and make sure everyone feels comfortable. I definitely recommend Diamond Accommodation Ltd!

We had a fantastic stay at Ruby House and already want to come back to Bournemouth. Our room was stylish and elegant, the room service was friendly, and the location was great. Everything felt just right.

We stayed at Ruby House as a family of four over the half term weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed, the sitting room was cosy and the beds were comfortable. Everything was cleaned to a really high standard. Kinga and Wojciech, you’re doing a brilliant job. It’s a pleasure to recommend this place.

We had a cosy two night break at Ruby House. The house was clean and comfortable, and well placed. Kinga made us feel welcome and was always available if we needed anything. We’d definitely come back.
