Rui, the GM, is always ready to help with anything. The Dorchester ought to snap him up as a concierge.

I’m absolutely furious. The council placed me here, where I was exposed to alcoholics and drugs and felt unsafe because male staff came into my room. I was accused of saying things I hadn’t, then assaulted by a drunk 20 year old and put out on the street at 9 at night, despite having serious health issues. It all happened because of other people and their lies. If you want your pet to get fleas, this is the place for you.

The owners are nice. I can’t wait for the place to reopen to the public.
