The garden is amazing, and our host was both friendly and helpful. It’s a peaceful, beautiful spot, with an easy walk to the lovely fishing villages of Cawsand and Kingsand. Highly recommend.

Parking privately was a real help, since Cawsand has some very narrow roads. We were at The Firs for two nights for a wedding at Polhawn Fort, and I’d happily stay again if I’m in the area. Our host was warm and helpful, and made a lovely breakfast. The room was bright, clean and spacious, with stunning views from the bedroom and en suite bathroom.
We came from London and Surrey for a wedding, and had two rooms for two nights with our baby. Sadly, both of the baby’s parents got so ill with a bug that they couldn’t attend. Cathy was incredibly kind and helpful to us throughout the weekend. It’s a lovely house, and we’d definitely book again if we’re nearby.
We felt welcome straight away, and really appreciated the personal service. Kathy, thank you for a lovely stay. Your B&B is delightful, clean and comfortable. We hope to return in the summer and will recommend it to friends. Thanks again, Bob and Claire.
The owner made us feel very welcome, and there’s plenty of parking. The place was clean and well equipped. It’s up the hill, but only a short walk down to Cawsand.
