I really enjoyed dinner at the Beefeater downstairs, and the vending machines by the lifts had crisps, sweets, juice, and other snacks. There are lifts to every floor too. The staff were courteous and gave good service at arrival, during the stay, and when we left. 10/10. I’d definitely come back. I’m like the Hotel Inspector when I stay somewhere, checking everywhere for dust, even under furniture and the bed. I found less than a fingertip’s worth behind the TV and on top of the headboard, so that’s a 9/10 for cleanliness. The floor-to-ceiling windows made me nervous because I’m afraid of heights, so my daughter had to close the curtains before I could settle in. After that, the room was very comfortable, and the bed felt like floating on a cloud. I slept brilliantly and need one of those beds at home. The ensuite was spacious, and the bath was luxurious, I could lie right down in it, unlike my bath at home. There was a TV that took me a moment to figure out, plus a lit vanity mirror and a hairdryer. Room: 9/10. Dinner: 10/10, with prices around ££. Would I stay again? Yes, 100%.

The armchair had some unpleasant-looking stains, which was a shame since the rest of the room was mostly clean. I’d stay again, though it would be good to improve the cleaning or replace stained items. The hotel is a short walk from Hamilton Central railway station. Staff were welcoming, and the room was comfortable and quiet, with good air conditioning and heating.

For four months I’ve stayed here two nights each week and haven’t had a single problem. Nicole is always there to greet me, and she’s a lovely person and a real asset to the company. She’s professional, friendly, and consistently upbeat. She really goes above and beyond and makes every visit feel easy and welcoming.

I’ve stayed a couple of times, and this may be the best Premiere Inn in the country. The property feels new and clean, and the service is great throughout. It’s in a quiet spot just off the M74, with Glasgow Center about 10-15 minutes away. There’s a cinema and big shops right nearby. Denise at reception deserves a special mention for making things so smooth and pleasant for our group of 10.

The reception team always give us such a warm welcome, especially Denise, who we’ve got to know from staying so often. Every staff member is genuinely friendly and helpful, and they make us feel at home. We’re grateful to Premier Inn Hamilton for that. We’ve stayed here more than ten times now, often on trips down from the North of Scotland. It feels almost like a second home, and we’ve just checked in again for the second time in two weeks. We come from Lanarkshire originally, so each visit brings back memories. There’s plenty to do nearby: Glasgow is about 15 minutes away on the M74 outside rush hour, and Strathclyde Park, Chatelherault, the Clyde Valley, New Lanark, and walks along the Clyde walkway by the Clyde Falls are all options. Edinburgh isn’t too far either. The hotel is recently built, fresh, and modern inside. The family rooms are a good size for the four of us, and they’ve been immaculately clean every time. Breakfast at the connected Beefeater is delicious. It’s also the quietest Premier Inn we’ve stayed in, with no noise at all and really comfortable beds. We always sleep well here.
