The facilities are lovely and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. But the room had much less window space than the pictures suggested, and none of the windows could be opened. There’s no air conditioning either. We stayed during really hot weather, so it was unbearable overnight. There are no rooms with twin single beds, and they charge to keep bags at reception after checkout.

The student ID requirement wasn’t made clear when I booked, but the staff communicated with me and sorted it out. They were friendly and helpful. The cosy, comfortable room and double bed made for a good night’s sleep, and it was pretty quiet for the town centre. The room and bathroom were very clean, with nice toiletries and a great shower. I couldn’t get the TV working, though I didn’t really try. Happy with the stay, no complaints.

A big thank you to Alicia for outstanding customer care from the start of our stay to the end. The rooms are lovely and have fully equipped kitchens, and there are nice common rooms too.

Had a great night here in amazing student accommodation. My room was on the lower floor, next to a cinema room. Would totally recommend it.
