The location made it easy to explore Bournemouth, and the clean, well-equipped room was a comfortable place to come back to. From check-in through check-out, the staff were attentive and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Hotel Capital exceeded my expectations and made for a delightful stay. It'd be a top choice for me in the area.

The staff were friendly and the downstairs area was nice, but the bedroom was basic. Our shower didn't work properly, and the towels weren't very nice. We skipped breakfast, so I can't comment on it, only the £8 price. I suppose that's not too bad if you want a full breakfast.

The beds were really comfortable and breakfast was good. Jared and his team were so helpful and accommodating while I stayed two nights with my three sisters. The rooms are a little dated, though the owners' work on them looks promising. Spend a bit of time at the hotel bar and chat with Jared about the place and local things to see and do. Hopefully we'll stay again.

A group of 13 friends and family stayed here before going out, and it was such a lovely place. Jemol and the other staff were really friendly and made us feel comfortable. The bar drinks were reasonably priced, and breakfast was fresh and so good. I'd absolutely come back and recommend Hotel Capital to everyone.

Breakfast was really good, and the hotel's close to the beach and downtown. But our room for three was tiny, and the bathroom looked like it came from the 70s. The hotel could use a big makeover. Parking cost £15, and often there wasn't a space.
