The hotel is tucked away from the road, so it was nice and quiet. We had a spacious accessible room, with a good bathroom and a large walk-in shower. Everything was tidy and clean, and the service was very good. There’s a comfortable lounge with a bar, plus a garden for sitting outside when the weather’s suitable. Parking was plentiful, including four electric car charging spaces. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel near the centre of Bournemouth. I’d go back.

The room was lovely, with high ceilings, plenty of space and simple decor, and it was very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful, too. The only thing I’d have liked was a little more bathroom lighting for doing precision make-up. The hotel is on a quiet road with parking onsite, while the town centre and beach front are about a 10 minute walk away. A lovely, welcoming stay.

The cakes and scones were homemade and so fresh, and the sandwiches were delicious. We had the best champagne cream tea ever. Service was excellent, and I really couldn’t fault anything. Thanks to the waiter and chefs for making our afternoon so enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the food. Would 110% recommend this hotel.

The Christmas decorations looked amazing, and the place has a lovely feel as soon as you walk in. Reception gave me a warm welcome, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I stayed one night for business. My room was clean, smelled nice and was quiet, with a free-standing bath that I was very happy to use. Breakfast was just porridge for me, but it was perfect. I wasn’t hungry for dinner. See the menu for the other breakfast options. There are four EV chargers managed by Roam.

Another afternoon tea here, and the food was outstanding as always. They catered for gluten free without any fuss. Definitely recommend the Hot Cross Scone. We'll be back for another visit.
