The Coppid Beech Hotel

The breakfast had plenty of variety, though oddly there were no vegetarian sausages. We came for Lapland UK with my partner and my son’s family. They had a suite and we had a standard room, and both rooms were clean, tidy and very nice. The staff were polite and friendly. It wasn’t the cheapest hotel, but I thought it was good value for the experience and would stay again.

We had a two-night weekend stay during the festive period, and the price for bed and breakfast was very reasonable. Parking and use of the facilities were included, and the breakfast was lovely. There was a lot to choose from for adults and children, including cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice and plenty more. The hotel was clean, modern, warm and welcoming, and the staff were easy to approach and helpful. It was a superb location for our trip. The only slight drawback was noise from the function downstairs and people passing our room in the early hours. Still, it was Christmas, and my daughter slept through it. We’ll definitely be back.

A huge thank you to everyone here. My mum has just got home and is already looking forward to coming back. She stayed twice, once near Christmas 2025 and again in February 26. She’s quite elderly and has a number of challenges, and the staff were kind, attentive and so responsive both times. It’s refreshing to find a place that takes such pride in caring for its customers. Mark on reception deserves a special mention, he was fantastic.

Breakfast was lovely, with lots to choose from, and we’d stay again. We were here because it’s close to Legoland. The children were welcomed by helpful staff who were always around if we needed anything. Our room was bright and clean, with a large, very comfortable bed. The fish tanks on every floor were lovely to see. We used the warm swimming pool, but there’s no private place to change there. I’m not comfortable changing in front of other people, so I’d wear your swimsuit under your clothes or bring a dressing gown to go back to your room. Also bring a £1 coin for the locker. It wasn’t always quiet, especially when people came back from nights out or were looking for someone. The noise didn’t last long, and I’d have called reception if it had.
