There was nowhere to hang or put clothes in the bedroom, and no proper table to eat at, just a coffee table. The only seats in the apartment were two dining chairs, with nowhere comfortable to relax. The room ceilings were so low I had to crouch and hit my head a few times. We lost a key, and the security guy let us in and said not to worry, they wouldn’t charge for a £3 replacement. They charged £50 anyway. I could write three pages about the problems. Expect the worst and you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay, with no real luxury and no hygiene. There was hair and curry stains on the bathroom sink tap, and hair in the toilet. For a booking for two, they gave us only one towel. The floors and doors squeaked, the bathroom had no lock, and the bedroom door had no inside handle. The microwave had no plate and was very dirty. There were no protective covers on the pillows, mattresses or duvet. The sofa was rubbish and uncomfortable, and the TV was mounted far too high. The windows didn’t feel safe because they opened wide enough for anyone to come in. I’m unhappy with the stay, won’t return and wouldn’t recommend it.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked whenever we moved, and the sofa was covered in stains. The heating barely worked, and there was a sewage smell as soon as we entered. I wouldn't spend money on this place again.

There was no TV, and neither radiator worked. I kept calling for help because the apartment was freezing, but by 2am I gave up and went to bed cold. I woke up chilled and with a cold. For what I paid for one night at these luc apartments, that was awful. Never again.

We weren't allowed into the apartment we booked, yet they still charged us £300 for the room and took a deposit for a stay we couldn't use. I wouldn't recommend this at all. Go somewhere else.
