I've spent seven years in front-of-house hospitality and have used serviced apartments around the Leeds Bradford area extensively. These self-service apartments and studios really impressed me: classy decor, clean and tidy, with everything you might need. The beds and throws are incredibly comfortable, the smart flat-screen TV is easy to use, and there's Wi-Fi for several devices, a fridge freezer and a washing machine. Toiletries and extras are available on request. Nick looked after us from arrival to departure, and was welcoming and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. The cleaning lady was lovely too, though I'm sorry I can't remember her name. It's a simple, classy, safe environment, with parking and a very reasonable price. The Broadway shopping plaza and other city centre amenities are close by. I've stayed many times and will do so again. Your staff are a credit to you. Thank you 😊

Our apartment was cosy and lovely for the three nights we stayed at the beginning of January. The staff were really helpful. They pointed us to a long-stay car park and suggested a few nearby restaurants, which turned out to be very good. If we visit Bradford again, we'll definitely consider staying here.

We came up from Birmingham for a weekend and it was well worth the trip. The apartment was modern and lovely, with everything we needed close by. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the service was good the whole way through. We'd definitely come back.

The location made it easy to get to local amenities, and the apartment was very clean with gorgeous, luxurious decor. I stayed for three nights and the staff were always available when needed. I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend 😊
