We came back to Tŷ Llwyd after an earlier lovely stay in the main house B&B, this time for a self-catering break in Snowdrop Cottage. It’s spacious, well equipped, and has peaceful garden spots with lovely countryside views. Paula has clearly put a lot of care into making it feel comfortable and homely, and self-catering guests can also have her fantastic home-cooked breakfasts. We’ve just returned from another stay and it was peaceful and relaxing as ever, with such caring hosts.

Paula and Tina, the sisters who run Ty Llwyd in Treffynnon, were so kind and attentive throughout our four nights in October 2023. Our room was spacious, with crisp white linen on a large, luxurious bed and a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order each morning, with lots of homemade produce. They really do their best to make you comfortable.

We booked this as a last-minute replacement for our original accommodation, in the same area but a completely different experience. Paula made us feel welcome straight away, and the accommodation was fabulous. The breakfast was great too, and the views were stunning. If we’re back in the region, this is where we’d want to stay.

The farmhouse was really well kept, and Paula and Tina were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was the best we had in Wales!

Awesome place. Paula’s a fabulous host, and Ty Llwyd is a beautiful, high-end B&B. I can’t wait to return 😍
