The Coach House

The location is stunning, about 30 minutes from beautiful waterfalls and mountain hikes. Our stay at The Coach House was fantastic, and Kayt and Hugh made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of helpful information. The rooms were pristine and nicely presented, with a tasteful, calming look. Food was fantastic too, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. We'd happily return and highly recommend staying here.

Kayt was a great host, and the breakfast menu had loads of choice. Whatever you pick, it’s delicious. The lovely rooms were warm and comfortable too. We found The Coach House on booking.com for our annual weekend away with friends, choosing a different location each year. It suited our needs perfectly and certainly didn't disappoint. We tried Welsh rarebit for the first time and liked it so much we had it both mornings. Breakfast was fantastic, with local dishes and quality ingredients. Kayt is warm, friendly and kind, and made us feel well looked after. We stayed two nights while visiting the Brecon Beacons. The location is handy for hikes and exploring, and Brecon town's restaurants, pubs and shops are just a short walk away. Our smallest room was more than sufficient, beautifully decorated and homely, with lovely extras like complimentary hot drinks and snacks, sleep spray and robes. It even smelt amazing. You could hear the road late morning and during the day, though it wasn't especially loud. At night it was very peaceful. We loved the stay from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it. We've stayed at several B&Bs, and this was by far the best. Many thanks to Kayt and Hugh.

We picked The Coach House for a short anniversary break because it was well placed for our hikes. The location was ideal, and both the property and the service were second to none. We'd gladly recommend it and stay again. Thank you.
