The room was a good size and quiet at night, and the location worked well for getting around London. The bed was comfortable, so I slept well. Still, a lot about the room’s condition let the stay down. There were scuffs and marks on all four walls and the ceiling, the desk was damaged, and the windowsill needed attention. The air conditioning unit was visibly dusty, and I found a small hair on the bed when I arrived. The door was my biggest concern. It didn’t lock properly, and getting it to bolt took an awkward routine. Staying alone, I want to feel sure the door is secure, and I didn’t. I’d paid for upgraded WiFi, but it kept disconnecting and was unreliable throughout. None of these issues alone ruined the stay, but together they made it seem like the room hadn’t been checked or maintained properly. Better cleaning and upkeep would make a big difference. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it fell short of what I expected.

The full breakfast is second to none, and unlimited, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in Premier Plus double rooms in May '26. They were clean, in good condition, and well equipped. The bathrooms were fine, though some people may find getting in and out of the bath difficult, since that’s needed to use the shower. Public transport made it easy to reach the hotel, and Kew Gardens is no more than a fifteen minute bus ride away, for example.

The staff were helpful throughout, and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The food seemed carefully prepared, and the medium rare steak I ordered really was medium rare. Breakfast had fresh tasting cooked food and warm pan au chocolate, something many 5 star London hotels can’t be bothered to do. We stayed in a quiet, nicely decorated Premier room on the top floor. The large square shower over the bath had good pressure. There’s a pleasant patio at the back of the bar area, plus chargeable underground parking. Being just behind the river and a short walk from Kew gardens is another bonus for this good value hotel. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Just booked another stay for August after a wonderful few days at Premier Inn Kew Bridge. The room was spotless, and housekeeping were pleasant and polite. Jesvil was especially kind and helpful, with advice on parking and the local area. Breakfast and dinner were brilliant and great value. Thanks to all the staff. Cheers Steve.

Reception, especially the manager, were great at helping us catch the right bus to Kew and later arranging a taxi. Housekeeping were pleasant and polite, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was brilliant, with anything you could want. They topped things up regularly and cleared dirty dishes straight away. We had a fabulous weekend at Premier Inn Kew Bridge. I’d also recommend The Black Dog, just down the little road opposite the hotel, for an amazing Sunday lunch. We’ll definitely stay again.
