The Premier Inn staff were so kind and understanding when my car broke down and I had to book another night. They were thoughtful and polite, and looked after my six-year-old daughter by giving her colouring books and pencils for the long journey home. I can’t thank them enough. They were amazing, and hopefully we’ll see room 9 again.

The room was spacious, and the bed was amazing as always. The location is handy, with McDonald’s, Starbucks, fuel, and a bar serving food next door. The staff were awesome, especially reception. Ask them about the inspiring word board behind the desk, you won’t regret it!

The dinner and breakfast were both lush, and the service was excellent and friendly. The room was great and clean. The car park was a bit dark and pokey, but the hotel was excellent overall.

The location just off the M4 made it easy to get to both Cardiff and Swansea. I had a great stay at Premier Inn Bridgend M4, J35. The room was spotless and really comfortable, so I got a relaxing night’s sleep. Reception were welcoming and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and stress-free. I’d recommend it and would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a night while visiting my partner’s brother. The hotel and the Table Table both had very good customer service. Dinner and breakfast were fresh and really tasty.
