Halfway House Inn

The staff were outstanding, nothing seemed like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond. The pub is lovely and the food was great. We came with two units and found the camping site clean and well kept, with a spotless toilet block. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely return and tell family and friends.

We had excellent food and generous portions at the hotel, where we ate twice. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful, with excellent customer service. The caravan site was lovely and easy to find, and the owners were flexible when we asked to change pitch. It’s fairly small, but each pitch has its own water and electricity. The warm shower and toilet block was neat, the hot showers worked well, and everything was tidy. We stayed in the caravan park, not a room. Before arrival, communication was good. The site is well placed for Bridgnorth, the Severn Valley Railway, Shrewsbury, the RAF museum at Cosford, and the Coalbrookdale museums at Ironbridge.

A peaceful adult only site with a good pub right on the doorstep. The hardstanding pitches are a good size, with plenty of grass beside them. Facilities are clean and practical, with shared areas as well as separate male and female rooms. Bridgnorth is a brilliant town, just a five minute Uber ride for a few pounds. We’ll be back.

We had a really relaxing couple of days over Easter on the touring pitches. The facilities were clean, tidy, and well looked after, and the staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. We had a delicious meal there on Sunday night. We’ll book again soon.
