There’s a bar, no time constraints, and the prices are reasonable. The sea views from above the beach are beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and the service is excellent.

Phil has a great sense of humor and made the stay more fun. Our room was lovely, with an ensuite, and the hosts were absolutely perfect. Breakfast was great, especially the eggs, cooked just right. We’d definitely stay again.

The rooms were very clean, 10/10, and Phil and Kate are great hosts. It was our first stay at the Brockton, but it won’t be our last.

We came for a short break to visit family in Bridlington and stayed at the brockton from 2nd to 4th May 2025. We’d never been before, but had such a lovely time and couldn’t fault anything. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and Phil and Kate were very friendly hosts. I’ll miss all the laughing and joking with them. We’ll definitely be back.

The shower was one of the best we’ve had in a B&B, and we’ve stayed in a few over the past 12 months. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast had a good choice each day, and parking was good. It’s a short walk to the town centre, and I’d say it’s good value for the price. The couple have run the B&B for over 20 years while balancing family life and the business. I’d have liked a slightly bigger TV, but we’d stay again if we visit Bridlington.
